boost issues

okay so i made it back from LA fine. i have an s14 with a kouki sr and a s15 turbo. as i drove it around my block i noticed that the boost wasnt holding. I checked the ic piping and all of it is tight. i thought it would be the vacuum on the actuator. took a look at that and that looked fine. does anyone have an idea what the problem could be? i need to get it fixed soon. could the actuator be bad it self?

How much boost are you running?
Is it an adjustable actuator? Do you have a boost controller?

Where are you getting your information from that your turbo is not holding boost?
