s13 Removing Aircon Vent Frame

How do you remove the interior frame around the aircon vent as I want to paint them...

Do you just flick it off by screw driver? I tried this but seems like there's a lock behind it or somethin...

Need help or ideas thanks

hmmm...Its kinda clipped in there....its very easy to remove it from the back, but I'm not sure abo the front....I had my dash out to do some wiring so thats how I took it out. I don't know about removing the vents from the vent frame though, just tape it off or soemthing......

Wait, why am I telling you this.....don't paint the vents, thats retarded
