fuel cut or rev cut not working ???

ok
i disconnect the 8th wire from the ecu which cancel the input of the speedometer to the ecu which cancel the speed cut

then i disconnect the 4th and 5th gear rev signal to cancel the rev cut

now when i run it will still have the cut after 110++mph

anyone know why ???????
