Can I put an S13 onto a 2 wheel tow dolley?
I think I can, but I have heard that on some cars you need to disconnect the driveshaft to keep the tranny from ****ing itself over... so whats the deal on the 240? will the tranny take a crap if I dont disconnect the driveshaft?

as far as i know, a manual transmission car will be fine as long as it's in neutral... don't quote me on that however...

it will be fine, you tow it with the rear wheels in the air, not the front if its an automatic, you let the front wheels stay on the ground. If its a manual i don't think it matters which ones are dragging, as long as its in neutral.

i had a hell of a time hauling my s13. you will have to haul it with the rear end in the air. make sure it will fit on the dolly you are using, i had to move the car to the side to clear exhaust. if its an s13 and has factory lip you will have to remove it. with it off the front of the car sits really low so watch out. do not lock your steering column to keep the front tires straight, leave the key in with column unlocked and tie the wheel straight. i used some motorcyle straps hooked to the seats. i have moved a lot of cars with a dolly so do your self a favor and take my advice. make sure the straps for the wheels are tight and that your steering wheels straps are tight. take it easy at first and check everything again a ways down the road.
