DOHC KA won't Start.....

So I managed to get the head on and all the vacuum lines going the right way. But now it won't start.

1. Put the motor at TDC (on compression).
2. Cam lobes pointing away from eachother.
3. Rotor pointing at #1 wire on distributor.
4. Injectors are squirting gas.

Replaced
Distributor cap
Spark plugs
Wires
Fuel filter

It just turns over and over and over. I pulled the spark plugs (they were wet and gassy) and hooked up the wires and they are all sparking.
I also tried unplugging the fuel injectors and the car started for just a second until it ran out of gas.

Soooo really I don't know what to do. It has spark and it has fuel, but its not starting.

Any help is super appreciated,
Jake
