I have a s13 with a stock ka24de and i failed smog twice. About 400 over the limit on NO. I have an extra catalytic converter. If i install both is that legal and will it help my numbers significantly. Seems like it would. Thanks

Also take your egr valve off and clean it out if necessary, or replace it.
