My 91 S13 is all stock with OEM diff (4WS option). One day, the speedo reading started to go wrong. The higher speed I reach, the more speed I lost from the reading.

I've replaced the speed sensor and it didn't help. I replaced with another cluster and it worked great for a short while. Later, I had a coolant leak from the water pump. After the replacement, I found out that the reading is good if I warm up the car for at least 5 minutes before driving.

Recently, I found that my coolant cap was not holding up. I replaced it and my speedo works fine if I warm up about 2 minutes.

It seems like a lot of people have the speedo problem but none of them has something similar. Everyone has posted their problem but nobody confirm a fix either. Any help?
