From what I've read and searched (not much), it seems to me that a 1.5 way would be better suited to auto x than 2 way. Please explain oh guru of the unslippable.

If I'm totally wrong, please briefly explain why.

yes the 1.5 way suits the need for autoX
mine is 2 way and the feels a bit sluggish compared to fastpace's fastback (he got 1.5 way)

however.. the 2 way suits drifting more than 1.5..
but yes.. if you want a more allround streetable car.. just get the 1.5 way
