My S13 redtop is idling strange. Everytime when I come to a stop, the engine rev up to 2200rpm for 5 sec., then drop down to 1500rpm, then shoot back up to 2200rpm. This happen 4 to 5 times, and it will come back to 850. What can lead to his ? I tried to adjust the timing, both retard and advance, but still the same problem. I also adjust the idling valve, but it didn't do anything at all. What else could it be ? TPS ?
