Funny you should say that. But in the past couple years, the amount of fat kids has actually declined. In terms of population percentage, europe now has more fat people than us. I have the article somewhere, need to dig it up.

Ofcourse, this "study" in my opinion, shows how detached we are from one another, on a personal level. If they need a study today, to tell people that fat kids are bullied more, well somethings wrong with society. but thats a given at this point, i suppose.

I live in Europe, atm.

While fat people do occur over here they're relatively rare. Sort of like the spotted owl.

But it's okay. Fatties are more prevalent in America because 1) food is cheaper and 2) the average meal contains way more calories than the stuff over here.

Quality > Quantity

Ok, I'm a skinny guy, but we should all watch out for stuff like this. You have no idea why a person is fat. It's not always because they lack self control. I have a sister and a good friend who both have Lupus. They were both really normally sized ppl growing up, but the steriod medications (not over-eating) caused them to balloon up like crazy. And when you're sick from some disorder like that, exercise is virtually impossible.

Just try to be more considerate, guys.

Obviously My statement doesn't apply to people with lupus. I said fat people in general not ALL fat people. I do see a matter of people consuming to much shit a giant problem that effects everyone.

Most fatties here seem to be of the female sex.
The shortage of attractive women is increasing at alarming rates.
Sometimes it disgusts me to see what guys over here have started settling for/developed an attraction to.

It is not that people in Europe eat less fatty food, to be honest most food over there is actually fatter. Naturally fat, as food is supposed to be. Eating a variety of everything; but in moderation; is a lot healthier than only eating gross non-fat/low-fat 'healthy' junk that America seems to be so saturated with. (I crave European dairy products)
People there just move a lot more. It is mainly a lifestyle difference. And being fat over there is not as socially acceptable, which I fully support.
If some of the people that I see at Walmart here would step out onto a street in Europe, everyone would stop and stare in disbelief, barely able to contain their laughter.

Whenever I go to Europe, it totally ruins girls here in Kansas City for me.
