Steering Noise

I have a stock 1990 240sx Fastback with 125k miles. Recently my steering has started making noise. It makes a creaking noise only when the wheel is turned to the left pass center. It doesn't make the noise if the wheels are off the ground. I replace the tie rod which helped a little but the noise is still there. My ball joints are tight. I don't hear any clunking sounds when going over bumps so I don't think it's the strut mounts.

Thanks

have someone else turn your steering wheel while the car is running and your looking under the hood and listening for the sound. find it and then ask. it could be your power steering belt, pump, fluid, or multiple other things.
