Idle Bounces at part throttle - Help

Hello, i've been having this problem forever and can't find a solution

In neutral if i hold the acceleration pedal about 1/3 of the way down and hold it, the rpms will go up and down. They won't stay steady. And this happens also when i'm driving around. At 1/3 of the pedal down, the car will pull itself pretty violently front and back. But if i stomp on the accelerator, it will run fine.

Also, when in neutral, if i quickly rev it, the rpms will drop just a little real quick before starting to rise.

I've double checked the wiring and found no issues.
I've changed the coolant temp sensor that sends signal to ECU (tried both red and blue)

I've been told that it may just be a throttle cable problem, but i can't seem to find anything wrong with it.

ANY suggestions are welcome. I can provide pictures or whatever you need to help me get this car on the road.

Just to update... I tested the TPS and the resistance would jump super high when i would manually move the throttle.

Then I tried driving it with the TPS unplugged and it ran beautifully. I'm guessing this should be enough evidence to replace the TPS

I've heard the 97 200sx TPS can be used, is that right???

And to the guys above.. A MILLION THANKS!!
