AVCR/SAFC sensor checks different
So i was working on getting my throttle position % the same on the AVCR and SAFC. I got them both at 100% with the tps voltage from throttle body at .49. It is recommended .45 to .50 with closed throttle. The problem i am having is my avcr and safc read different throttle voltage. My Avcr reads .356 and Safc reads .36/.37 Now that should be the same as my TPS reading correct!?
I do not have my AVCR/SAFC grounds ran together however, the power wires are connected together to the ecu. The throttle wire are the same for the avcr and safc but i separated the two wires when connecting to the throttle wire to ecu. Any suggestions? Thanks |

If you have seperate grounds thats what could be causing it. either put the grounds together or make sure the ground surfaces are metal to metal even if you have to sand em down.
