Taillamp& gauges fuse? help!

I have a problem the 15 amp fuse for the daytime running part of my taillights, gauge lights, and the small corner market lights, keeps blowing.. i put a new one and it blew...i had a 20 amp i put in ..it also blew right away..how do i find whats doing this

car is a 91 240sx

the brake lights and headlights still work just not the running part..

Usually if it keeps blowing like that, there is a wire in the circuit that is grounded which is not supposed to be.

I took more time to check things out ..im not sure if its the wire harness in the wheel wells..no new rubbing..but i did have some body work done recently..with some welding around the windshield..i hope that in behind the dash some wires didn't get hot and became brittle causing them to hit the metal bar behind the dash..this is my best guess...such a pain in the ass..

Wiring is always PITA. Look at the FSM to check what is connected in that circuit and check them one by one. It's pain in the a$$ but needs to be done to find the culprit.
