hey dousan, do u know where in cali there movin to? i checked out their site and i couldnt find anything. this is tite, all these places r right next 2 me. i live at most 2 hours from venus auto and hopefully ill b close 2 autoimaging.

When I'm lied to for 4 months about where my bumper is that I paid damn good money for, then I have the right to call them whatever I please. Good people or not, they could've told the truth.

If you are upset with them, why not share the entire story rather than bad-mouth? Just saying your angry doesnt enlighten people with the situation. What did you purchase? Share some details..

i ordered a bumper from them 5 months ago [Feb 12] and i am still clueless of where it exactly is, yes i called a number of times and this is all the info they would give me. they have told me a number of times that it came, it got shipped out this and that. then i call back 2-3 weeks later and they tell me it juss came and will be shipped out.....again.

It seems me and silviadriver have had the same problem. I had ordered the Uras type II front bumper for an s14a back in febuary and they kept lieing as to where it was. A couple weeks ago they told me they'd ship it in 4 days, its not at my house apparantly. But yeah old_s13, they're good people, great people. I want them to be my FRIENDS.

I have had many complaints about Uras stuff through AutoImaging. I personally bring in Uras myself even though I have an AutoImaging account. It is faster and more reliable. The problem with Uras is that even though he seems like a nice funny guy on the Option vids, Nomuken is not a very easy person to deal with. I'll leave it at that. In fact I have heard about your story through multiple people in the industry, because I am an alternate venue for Uras. I apologize for your bad experience with AutoImaging and Uras. This poor level of service is NOT indicative of AutoImaging and I'm sure that you would be pleased if you gave them another try. They will be reopening in August in the area of Shine Street.
