CA RHD s13 coupe

hey there. i got this RHD s13 coupe. purchased a while back but im just looking jump into something better.
its NEVER left me stranded, NEVER overheated, NEVER anything.

pros:
RHD almost everything done right
like 150ish miles on chassis
power everything sunroof. no leaks
rebuilt motor unsure on miles (previous owner rebuilt)
no emissions.
digi climate control n it works!
hid's
p/s works!!!
no ac
fresh oil change haa
no grinds on trany
new fuel filter new spark plugs new brakes
welded diff
cusco strut bar
unknown brand window pillar bar
exedy stage 1 clutch
lighten flywheel
kyb agx shocks w/eibach springs
straight pipe to exhaust wit resanator

cons:
paint is fading(but gonna repaint)
dented quarter panel (pic shown)
interior is not the cleanest
trunk release still on left side
