cylinder sleeves

my question is this, a couple of weeks ago i dropped a valve, it took out the #3 cylinder and the head. when the piston came a part it took a 3/4 wide by 1/2 high chunk of the #3 sleeve. assuming that after magnafluxing the block there are no cracks will this small chunk of missing piece cause any problems after boring and honing? sr20det by the way. during normal stroke piston rings dont come close to the chip. at least 3/4 of an inch away.

any meaningful input will be aperciated.
