egr system
my 1995 s14 ka24de failed smog, so i tested my egr valve by lifting the diaphragm and the car stalls also i checked if the diagram lifts while rev the engine to 2000rpm up to 3500rpm and it does, the only thing i don't know is how much it goes up, mine feels a little bit, but it does move up. also i disconnected the top hose from the egr valve and it has vacuum, so that means that my egrc-bpt works fine. the only thing i need to test is my solenoid, but if my egr valve and bpt valve are fined doesn't that mean the my solenoid is also fine because it's providing vacuum. if i have to test the solenoid i have to apply 12v direct current to the solenoid while i have it out of the car, how do u do that? thank u
