im just wondering if i buy an s13 shell to be my dd, do i need the paperwork? im not sure if this guy has it

uhmm... yeah you need paperwork for every car except track cars.. cause then it dont matter... but yeah... uhmm... idk what else to say....

If he does not have any paper work go to the DMV get a form ( the one for lost pink) the have them run the vin to check for clean tittle. then go back with the guy and have him fill out the paperwork in front of u with his Id and all... Done and done
