So i picked up cluster today from someone. I installed and had all the plugs in. I switch the headlights on w/o a key anf the cluster doesn't light up. When turn on highbeams the blue light turns on though. When i turn the key to number one and two position and switch the lights on the cluster lights up! what causes this problem and is there a way to fix it?
