Question: How much does the stock 240 wing help? I might remove mine.

So do any of you know how much if it help's?

I am thinking of removing mine and getting the holes fixd and dint removed from the trunk...

I like the sleek look and it would help in the car wash.. its hard to wash under it...

I doubt it helps much even at high speeds, if anything at all. Style.
I would remove it and fill the holes, better look IMHO

If you would like, you could append to the old thread concerning this topic, which was about 3 pages long. It was chock full of info. Just search and you will find it.

Only to keep the forum clean of any multiple postings that is.

I have talked to guys who have despoilered there cars and they have noticed a diffrence when it is wet out. One guy told me that after he took it off he allmost lost it on a bridge once. it does create a little downforce, but like said befor only at high speeds. if you dont like the stock spoiler you could also put this spoiler on your car. it is the jdm spec k spoiler.

the factory spoiler doesnt create any downforce

I think it would be unmeasurable

if you feel unsafe, take it off and put a brick in your trunk, that will create more weight over the rear end then the spoiler ever would and you dont even have to go fast to use it.
