Falken Azenis 205/50/15 on my 15x7.5 wheels?

The time for new rear tires has come. I'm currently running 225/50/15's on my 15x7.5 wheels, but a friend can get me Falken Azenis in 205/50/15 for dirt (and I mean dirt) cheap. What do you guys think? Does anyone have pics of the Azenis in 15" on 7.5 wide wheels? Would it be weird with 225/50/15's in front? Btw, wheel-well gap is not an issue, since there's lots of room to go lower on the Teins . I'm also going to keep the fronts at 225 for now and let the extreme negative camber in front wear them out.

PS: Yes, I searched, but all the related posts seemed to be inconclusive.

Falken Azenis tend to run wide. My 205 looks bigger than most 215. They are also very grippy, but have a pretty sharp envelope. No progressiveness at all to the breakaway.

If your drifting, I don't think the Azenis is a good tire. They are built for Auto-x, and HPDE type driving.

then you'll LOVE them. I'm getting a set of 205/55-16's put on my s14 wheels as we speak.

Oh I know I'll love them . Several of my friends run them and swear by them. The 205/50/15 size is the ultimate problem.

The Azenis are ok. I prefer a little bit more progressive breakaway at the limits. The got greasy on me in about 3-4 laps(2.9mi) but that was with 130+ degree track temp.

why are you leaving the fronts as 225's? Why not just swap all 4 tires out?

The fronts are almost new, and the pic shows above and below shows my negative camber. With 200 treadwear, the Azenis would be worn out in a day. How would it look with 225 in front and 205 in rear?

i think they get too hot for a open track tire, even autox they need water or they just feel way different.

I hear about the Azenis getting greasy all the time.. usually it seems this comes from 2 things, both very common.

1. They are overdriving the tires, or 2. Too much air in them.

I've found they get greasy anytime they get hot pressure over about 37psi. Azenis have VERY stiff sidewalls, and don't usually need the kind of air other tires do to keep from rolling over. Drop the air pressures, increase -camber to about ~2 degrees, and your azenis will be much happier.
