Brakes acting wierd(searched)

Setup
ABS deleted
300zx master cylinder new
300zx front and rear calipers bleeders on top of the calipers
ebc yellow pads
Blackworks(Exactly the same as Ksport)Ebrake
auto brake booster

When the car is not running pedal and Ebrake is stiff,once u start driving and push the brake pedal it goes all the way to the floor and no stopping power,but if u pump brake pedal twice it works perfect.Ebrake is stiff, but nolocking

The way I bleed the system is pump brake pedal 2-3time till stiff open the bleeder push the pedal down then Ebrake,closed the bleeder.There was no bubles.
Help!
