my powersteering is very loud. at somepoints it can be heard over my exhaust (HKS)

what can be done about this. isn't there some additive that supposedly quites down powersteering pumps? thanks guys.

Question 1:

What are you using for Power Steering fluid?

Answer should be: Dextron Automatic transmission fluid (from the owners manual) Many people use power steering fluid. Thinner, blows seals.

Question 2:

Is the Rack leaking? hoses?

Q#3:

How full is the container? It takes a lot of fluid to move up the stick to the full mark.

solution: remove power steering pump, lines, belt, and enjoy more space in your engine bay.
