later on my buddy scuba was like "when the fuck are you taking the block to the machine shop buay"
![]() i took the parts to Adrian's Automotive Machine Shop ![]() ![]() ![]() Work done by Adrian's Automotive Machine Shop clean block chock &hone cly block pressure test head valve job intall all head componits clean, cheak &polish crankshaft couldn't be happier later on i found this gem 1989 240sx ![]() we ended up tearing down the car as well ![]() ![]() ![]() dry iced it to take off all the under layers ![]()

a closer inspection of the car i found some disturbing news i have large rust holes along the chassy rails
![]() this is the biggest one i can fit my whole hand thou it ![]() this one on the inside of the car ![]() and of coarse no 240sx is complete with out ghettoizing something this is a huge peace of metal rusting away with some kind of epoxy ![]()

the latest thing is the car is being handled by Guerro at his shop
he is stiffing up the car by spot welding the car at ever few points or more flex areas he had only been working on the car for 2 hours at this point and already iam most impressed ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

since there wasn't anything to do i decided its time to do all the little thing i wanted to do. like clean up and re-paint all my accessories
here are some i did last night i forgot my cam so i don't have any before and after pics but trust me they were rusty as hell now there nice clean ![]() here kinda the process what i did i went to vatozone to pick up some of that 500 degrees motor paint eer whatever ive tried this stuff before and its ok but sticks better with primer thats is designed for this time of usage this is the high temp primer looks like when its sprayed on ![]() i let is sit for about an hour till it dryed and sprayed the actual high temp paint added about three cotes looks much better in person and feels so smooth ![]() i also did my intake manifold ![]() here my durty ass tranny and i had cleaned it before so i went round 2 on its ass ![]() now its clean... sort of :/ ![]() i did the same thing as before primed it up ![]() new paint added and now looks like this ![]() im very happy the way all of this turned out

heres the new stuff you cant see much cuz of all the shavings here is more spot welding
this is the inside of the behind the driver seat ![]() here is the finished product of the strut tower area ![]() under the dash back side of the fire wall ![]() chasi rails this was a hard pic to take but both sides are spot welded ![]() tranny tunnel ![]()

well she is going to back to the place where i got my cage done
(The Chop Shop Speed & Custom) to get some reinforcement ![]() pics of the subframe driver side ![]() pass side ![]() she should be strong ![]() wheel wells before ![]() after ![]() i used some protecting coating lets see if it lasts also more stuff got here still waiting on back orders ![]() ![]()

i would have done more work but rain fucked me up =/
here is the wheel wire tuck i dont want to eat up my harness when i lower my car. ![]() bay wire work going back in ![]() dash wire work going in fucking sucks ![]() heres a batter pic of the bed liner on the floor board ![]() sub frame put back in i ordered new bolts (took 4 weeks to get) since most ether broke or are just plane rusted to hell. ![]() im going to order new collers since they look like shit heres a better pic of the sub frame reinforcement ![]()

this is what ive been up to
i repainted the block and oil pan to give it the fresh look ![]() i gave the oil pan the sparkly look ![]() also my head was painted... oh so nice ![]() my garage is getting full of parts i need to get this shit going lol ![]() i repainted my dash it was a faded gray as you can see the color of the steering wheel ![]() ![]() i painted the roll white but i might redo it kidda boring ![]() right now im gasketing the set up ![]() ![]()
