mix n match coilovers
I've been seeing allot of pairs of coilovers for sale lately... for around 2-300.00 a pair.. now if you were to purchase 2 pair for max.. 600.00 that would still be better(cheaper) than getting the cheapest ones TIENS.. for 1000.00 (new) but the question is.. is this bad for handling? lets say having CUSCO rears and APEXi WS fronts.. assuming they both have different Spring Rates and damening settings ( what are the chances they'd be the same )

problem will be different valving/spring rates which may or MAY NOT work in your favor
mixing coilovers is nothing new. just mixing them appropriately is important. i wouldnt mix aoex WS with tein HE but i would mix tein HE with jic flta2... get the picture? |
