s14 Blitz R-Vit Type 2

Selling this since the 240 is gone anyways. Great item to have for your car!
Pretty sure it's S14 only as I haven't owned an S13 with a consult port yet. I might be wrong though?

"The R-VIT (Racing Vehicle Information Technology) is a state of the art monitoring system that can read and display up to 20 different types of Real Timer information provided by the factory ECU. The R-VIT is a fully digital monitoring device with 5 different types of digital displaying capabilities (Needle Meter, Ellipse Meter, Bar Graph, Triple Monitor, and Six-fold Monitor). The R-VIT feature peak-hold recording, playback features, that can record and replay up to 99 seconds (you can stop the replay at any instant to compare a certain parameter versus another, eg, air flow sensor voltage versus rpm). Limits can be set in flash (red light, as in a shift light) and audible warnings to notify the driver of different engine variables, thus reducing the chances of damaging the motor. The R-VIT can communicate with the SBC i-D boost controller via INFRARED to operate the speed and tachometer, OPT 1/OPT 2 readings."

Here are just some of the things it can be programmed to monitor at all engine operating speeds:

-ignition timing (VERY useful in tuning)
-speed
-RPM
-02 sensor voltage (narrow-band, but still gives you an idea what your A/Fs are)
-water temperature
-injector pulse (in ms)-allows you to determine what duty cycle your injectors are running at, and if they're "maxing out" or not
-battery voltage
-air flow sensor voltage
-throttle voltage

Price is $150obo shipped

Hey very interested, does it use the JDM consult port or the late 90s north american one?

I wish I had done the dohc wiring correctly on my S13 The needle on the front cover broke off, so I had to eyeball the timing...this would be VERY useful right now if I had re-pinned instead of cut and solder.

Price is obo, this is one of the most useful pieces of equipment you can have for your car.
