ok so today i was helping a buddy swap a sr into a automatic single cam he bought. Right after we relocated the battery to the rear we turned on the lights, and tried out everything (power windows, mirrors, lights and etc.) but when we turned of the key and the power to the car doesnt turn off and the egi erlay started vibrating, then key is stuck in the off position. And i dont think it is the ignition switch because it is brand new from factory.

Sounds like you have a short. Did you put a fuse on the power wire? The key wont come out because you have to bypass the neutral safety switch.
