I had a little accident trying to drift around, anyways I ****ed up the front bumper and right light of my 93 hatchback. I always wanted to get the S13 front to make my car look as close to the Sil-80 as possible, I just never thought it'll be so sudden. I dont want to get the stock bumper and light, so I wanted to know a good place close to south florida where I could get the S13 front end.

Damn dude, I am right up the road from you...glad you are ok.

Look for MiamiGrinch240 and private message him with the user tab here.

He has the database for most of the 240SX drivers and can help you locate whatever you need.

Did you have understeer or oversteer conditions that caused the drift accident to develope? I find by having a passenger with you during drifting it certainly makes the car more forgiving. More fun too... scaring the schnitt out of them hehehe.

I got kind a scared when I was this fast sideways and did not step on the gas while I counter. Totally ****ed up. This is on public street though . Where do you guys drift?

Abandoned industrial complexes on Friday nights and sat-sun afternoons when their are no cops hanging out and always with walkie talkies and spotters. Even where we do it out in the middle of nowhere is illegal..but we are by ourselves..not endangeriong anything but ourselves and possably the car...and have wrecker buddys to be there in a few mins just in case.

Don't drift on the streets, It can get you in a heap of trouble.

Their are many pay tracks around our area. MiamiGrench240 can help you with parts and places to go and meetup schedules.

Thanks Man...always doing what I can to help..

Busted my cherry in a big way. The lame sliding around at 30 and 40 was replaced by REAL drifting yesterday (50 to 80 drifting) and I fear for my cars bodyparts. I had no idea if you try to lose it is when all the fun begins. Wild and killer.

It also adds more weight, makes it harder to break loose, and harder to hold. Not to mention harder to keep control of w/ a passenger.

Think about it this way......If you have "another" one of these accidents, and with drifting there is a 90% chance it will happen again, your going to have to replace your "sillidea" front end.

My car is back on the road already. I just bought a new light and used the old bumper it looks the same.It came out real good.
