rb20det destroying o2 sensors. why?

Does anyone what would be causing me to destroy the heaters in my o2 sensor. The original one that came with the motor broke. That got replaced with a bosch o2 sensor for a z32 tt, it's heater broke. Just replaced that one with a bosch o2 sensor for a z31. Does anyone have a clue why I am cooking heaters before a cook any more?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How many wires does your oxygen sensor have?

And, how do you know the heaters are going bad?
