I've got one of each and some random 5 speed swap parts.

5 speed transmission - $150.00
-5 speed transmission crossmember (bushing is toast) - $5.00
-Flywheel (needs to be turned) - $30.00
-Clutch and pressure plate - $30.00
-Manual engine backing plate - $20.00
-Trans bolts - $20.00

Auto trans - $150.00

On the auto trans, can you see if the O2 sensor connecting to the downpipe is a 4-prong connector? If so & you're willing to sell, let me know... I'm in VA.

I was told 90K/no grinds. I bought it with my car with the intent to do a 5 speed swap but ended up putting an SR in and like most swaps it came with a matching tranny.
