the car started off with starting when it wanted to on and off for a week before the ECU gave out. i opened up the ecu and saw it was fried. So i ordered a replacement ecu, and yes it was the identical ecu, and now i'm getting nothing. no crank or clicking or anything. i put the old ecu back in to see if it would even crank but i got nothing so its not the new ECU. i sent it to a shop and the guy said his computer wasnt getting any signal from the ecu and he couldnt tell what was wrong. What do you guys think caused this? maybe a bad ground or something? i cant seem to figure it out. i wanted to consult with people on here thinking maybe i could get some help before i yank out the harness and go through it. Thanks.
