S13 ka24e problem

Was up zilvia. My problem I'm havin with my 240 is it will start and run for a few seconds then it cuts off. I tried tostart it back up and it Won't start. If i let it sit for a couple of hours or days, then it will start up and run for a few seconds gain and I'm back at square one. On the that note before all this took place some times the car would run rough and low idle and other times it would run fine... So please help

why buy a fuel pressure regulator if the problem might be your pump? you need to test that before any thing, have you checked the timing? have you done any work on it lately?
