I got a ticket for taking a piss..

So I got a ticket last night in Fullerton for taking a piss in a dark alley near some trash cans. It was late, nothing was open and I needed to go really bad. The motorcycle cop rolls up to me right after I'm done and asks me for ID

I heard you get two of these and you're a registered sex offender..I'm pretty pissed because I feel like I had no alternative except peeing my pants trying to find a denny's or something. I don't what I should do, try and fight it or not..I read somewhere that I could fight it if I demand a verified complaint which apparently the police cannot produce then file a title 42? I read it in this thread:

The ticket is white in color as opposed to being the yellow color, the only other white ticket I've gotten is a warning but this has a court date and everything

I'm pretty bummed my record is squeaky clean and I wanna keep it that way.. any advice is appreciated
