just put in my SR gauge cluster today... fairly easy... found it easier to drop the steering coloumn completely (held on by 2 bolts)... still in very good condition but had to use the clear cover plate from the ka cluster...other than that its cool... feels funny going about 65 but the numbers read 100.. lol ill get used to it...
next is a digital climate control i got with the plug in harness to the SR..

EDIT: oh yah once i got everything bolted back on my battery took a dump and i had to pushstart it and now its sitting in front of my house not being driven until i get a new battery...
anyone know the difference between the optima redtop and optima yellow top??
