Probably not bolt on since the compressor cover is different. You can make it work with fabrication.

i remember the actuator being straight on my 25, then a different shape on the 28

i am sure it can be made to work, but why bother. just buy the proper one

it can work if you modify your the plate that connects to the compressor.
we had to do that to my HKS one. works great now

i know some people that didnt modify it and have it on by one bolt lol
