Clutch extremely stiff

Ok looking for any kind of input here. So I'm currently in the process of an SR swap, the motor and tranny are in. The motor runs (idles high) but that's another topic. So I haven't been able to drive the car yet because my clutch is incredibly stiff, like impossible to depress. I did remove the dampener loop and put in a SS braided line but the pedal shouldnt be this hard. I did not change the throw out bearing because I couldn't get the old one off. Could this be the culprit? Also I noticed the last time I bled the system the pedal sinks to the floor and stays there while trying to pump it and as u take the air out the pedal just stays hard. What could be causing this? I've tried searching and could really find symptoms like these so any ideas would be appreciated.

Also it's a Redtop to S13 swap

I would def. take a look at the throwout bearing again. Remember when you depress on the pedal you are moving the throwout bearing along the input shaft. If for whatever reason it is hung up (which sounds like it since you said you couldn't get it off) then that might be the culprit. Goodluck.
