![]() So Im doing a 300ZX front brake setup on my S13 and stock brakes for the rear. However my shell didnt come with the bolts for the brackets.
IM talking about the 2 large bolts that hold the 300zx calipers to the knuckle on the front and the 2 that hold the brackets for the rear claipers on the rear upright. Do you guys have any idea what size those bolts should be? Like thread pitch, size, length? Thanks |

maybe go do that?
edit: why not use the ones that came off the stock calipers? i believe its the same no? i used the ones off my stock ones when i did my swap but had to put a washer cause the back of the bolt would hit the rotor once i tightened the wheel on.

LOL why was this soo difficult.
The front is an M12 with 1.25 thread pitch and the rear was M10 with 1.25 thread pitch both 35mm long. And no I didnt go to Home Depot or a local hardware store, I have an account with Fastenal. And if you read the original post you would have seen that the car never came with those bolts. Hence why i was asking in the first place. LOL seems like these days the only 240SX related questions that can get answered on Zilvia are those relating to wheel fitment and how low a coilover can take you.... geez what happened to the knowledge base from before? |
