Going to look at a rb20det this weekend. Has a unknown turbo. And when it hits 1 bar it either cuts out or does something weird like spikes or something when it hits boost under wot. Im not trying to drive 5 hrs and end up being something horribly wrong. Sounds like it needs either a tune or it needs a new turbo and a tune.

probably cuz the RB20's come with 270cc injectors and are being maxed out making the engine run lean due to the higher volume flow of the turbo

that guy sounds like a retard and if the ECU is not tuned for the turbo and not using bigger inj, I would stay away from that car.
