effective ways to bleed hydro ebrake?

This is the way i do:
"I do bleed the handbrake itself after I bleed the brakes as normal, I bleed a fair bit of fluid through the system in the normal way and then I bleed the handbrake itself just as you would the normal brakes. Pull three times and hold the lever and crack the nipple, close it before releasing the lever"
I followed this procedure a couple of times but i feel like there's still air in the system. Rear won't lock up.

i start with right rear. keep bleeding using the ebrake until i FEEL like i'm done. THen i go to the left side. Is this way OK? or should i be bleeding right side once, left once, right, left and so on?

Also, do you recommend pumping the brake/ebrake three times before opening the bleeder valve?
CNC states 'Pumping will only aerate the fluid and prevent complete bleeding."

thanks in advance.
