Heat/Cooling Control Lighting not working

Hello, the backlighting on my heater controls arent working in my S13.....is there a way to fix this I am sorry I don't really have a lot of info, I guess if I knew more I could probably just fix it myself...anyone else that could help or some tips would be great thank you!

are there any other lights that went out too? cuz i have ur problem too but worse cuz my needles dont illuminate and the clock light doesnt show. bad wire connections? fuse?

Nope, no other lights are out all of my dash functions are lighting up....I was thinking a fuse also. I just hope someone else knows how to fix this...I tried doing a search and couldn't really find any results.

Had the same problem with my S14. I don't know if they are the same setup inside, but here goes: The panel is illuminated by LED's. These led's are not soldered in, but are held in by a plastic retainer and sometimes they can lose connection. Take your unit apart, check for burnt out leds, check for bad cnnection between the led's and the board, and clean the contacts. This should solve your problem.

i had the same problem on the s13, this fixed it:

under dash light...
hopefully your problem is similar since my bulb didn't go bad, it was just loose...

flames usually come when you mention something noobish in regarding sr20 swap or drift or wanting a sr20 to drift...
