i say, download the FSM for your car and go from there.
but seriously, the fuel pump is located right next to the engine, between the passenger front fender and driver rear tire, a few inches away from the downpipe. ![]() |

my bad, it's located right by the sunroof motor. if your car doesn't have a sunroof, it doesn't have a fuel pump.
better? PS - you fail at internet sarcasm. |

its located on the car, usually near the fuel. And the easiest way to get to it would be a torch, and just start cutting through the fuel tank. May not be the safest way, but it sure as hell is the easiest way.

First, fold down the rear seat, remove the trunk mat and pop off the 2 buttons that hold the carpet down with you hand by reaching behind the carpet and pulling. Then pull back the carpet and push it through the trunk tunnel and over the rear seat back to expose the panel to the fuel tank. Remove the four 10mm screws and pull the panel back. ![]()

When I bought my car from the previous owner, it had the fuel pump inside a card board box and it was located on the front passenger seat. He said that is why the car didn't run, he said a new fuel pump is located at Nissan. Not knowing anything about car repair, I bought a new pump and replaced it with the one on the seat. My car still didn't turn on, I guess the pump on the seat was not the issue.
