97 kouki rear end wobble.

Im having a problem with my 240. I just did the tranny swap, and as soon as I went for a test drive about up to 40mph. My rear end started to make this wobble, But as soon as I let off it will go away. Does the drive shaft have to be installed a certain way that way it is balanced right?
