Most people tackle the t25 rebuild themselves, because a replacement is inexpensive! It really doesn't matter if you f it up. On the other hand, there is are reason why you'd buy a new turbo and a blown t25 is one of them. I would rebuild it for you and warranty it with stipulations, but that's also imprudent since I'm on the other side of the map. And it would probably cost just as much to buy a used one.

Find a diesel service shop local to you and have them look at it. Even a T25 should be balanced.

Good point about balencing and having a very experienced individual rebuild the turbo. It's really up to the individual but if it were up to me I would rebuild
it my self. Good luck!

T25 is super easy and you can do it on your own just assem with a little motor oil when putting back together.

There is local shop near my house that work only on turbos... i had my T25 rebuild and manifold reconditioned for around 200 bucks with everything included. it was done the next day... the guy gives a 1 year warranty if im correct... i need to check...

this was done around 1 year or 2 ago.. not sure if its the same price....
