Unhappy Zenki Headlight Repair Woes

The Bad News
Ok so in my attempt to de-yellow the zenki I clouded and perhaps even destroyed the plastic headlight cover thing...

The Good News
I have access to a plastic vaccuum molding machine so I MIGHT be able to make replacements...

The Ugly News
I don't think I can replicate the inside beam pattern portion of the lense (fluted lense?).

Could I just make clear lenses with no pattern? Am I high?

Could I just sand down and polish the crap out of the stock (fogged up) headlights?

Valuble lessons learned today: Goof Off + Headlight = NO HEADLIGHT
