Is there only 1 version of the low pressure hose and compressor? What I am uneasy about is the o-ring connection on the hose and the bore in the compressor. I got a used one but it seems to be a loose fit. I’m going to check out one at the junkyard (hopefully) and also try a new o-ring, pending any info revealed here.

I don't know the exact sizes on the bore between the years, but there are definitely different versions of the low pressure hose. What year 240sx are you referring to?
