im confused thought you were lookin to buy a house and then i read the rest and you are open to trades also another ? are you for certain the turbo is shot smoke while getting on it can be a lot of things . Not sayin all bad but it could be if its running fat itll smoke also but also could be rings valves seals head gaskett

I'm looking for trades because the trade may be easier to get rid of than this would be due to not everyone being able to put up the money up front. Pretty sure its the turbo but I will be getting compression and leak down tests performed next week to rule out all other possibilities.
