SR SLAVE CYLINDER/clutch slipping

My clutch wont engage all the way since I did my swap to the sr. and the slave pin seems to be the proplem. did anyone have this problem with there swap and how did thay fix it I bought a new ka cylinder and put it in with the sr pin and it still slips. it has a new clutch that was put in when we did the swap. If anyone can help?

How is your clutch engagement? Is it really high because you might need to adjust the pedal down some so it can engage correctly. It would also be good if you bled the system. Those two things got rid of my clutch slipping problem.

if you changed the cylinder without bleeding it, that could very well be your problem. it could also be a bad clutch master cylinder, so check that too.
how is your fluid level?

slave

we bleed the lines and it seems to hold fluid. I bought a new slave cylinder for the car but the ka pin is different than the sr pin so we replaced the pin with the sr but it still slips. I was told that I could take the ka pin and shave it down the someone else had to do the same thing. as of now I not sure what to do.
