yeah, beacause if u really think about, lets just say someone offers u a pair of rotors for 20 bucks then u have to pay to resurface them and that cost anywhere from $5-10 a rotor, depending on location; then it all adds up lets just say it cost u 7 per rotor... 20+14=34.... maybe the rotor is on the last leg or whatever for a couple more bucks u get new ones
