do you mean, reverse mount as you need to mount the tire backwards (face of the wheel downwards) or reverse mount as in you can flip the face around and change the effective offset of the wheel?
the google search provided will give you plenty of "mount the tire backwards" results but not much more of the other. either way, i dont see why most 2/3 piece wheels with removable faces couldnt be reverse mounted. the pain would be having the new "dish" ie. barrel look just as good as the other side. and balancing...balancing would be a complete bitch |

Reverse mounting means you hold the wheel down by the face of the lip, and the tire is mounted/dismounted from the back.
Most if not all multi piece wheels are reverse mount. You can tell if a wheel is reverse mount based on where the valley is located on the rim. Anyways, here is some more on it. http://zilvia.net/f/chat/213430-work...-mounting.html

Every wheel with more than 1" of lip is going to be reverse mount
There are no negative side effects you flip the wheel upside down to mount tire I prefer reverse mount because you cant scratch the face during tire mounting |
